The ‘milk and cookie shot’ was invented by chef Dominique Ansel (the man behind the cronut) but so far, they haven’t been attempted on this fair isle.
Krust Bakery on George’s Street in Dublin has stepped up to the plate – today, they made a batch of oven-fresh cookie ‘shot glasses’, topped with melty chocolate…
…And filled them with almond or coconut milk, depending on the customer’s preference.
